About NExT with moksh consultancy

The National Exit Test (NExT) is a proposed exam in India intended to serve as a common final-year exam for all medical graduates from 2023 onwards. It aims to replace the separate postgraduate entrance exams (PGIMER, JIPMER, AIIMS PG) and serve as the entry point for postgraduate medical courses. NExT aims to create a standardized system for admission into PG courses, ensuring a level playing field for all medical graduates. It is designed to assess clinical skills, knowledge, and aptitude required for medical practice. The NExT examination is expected to be conducted by the National Medical Commission (NMC), replacing the current system of multiple entrance exams for postgraduate medical admissions.
